Well, Pueblo Chili Co. is actually my brand! From recipe creation, to bottling/production, to graphic design, and social media, I do it all. This is my baby, and I hope you enjoy it.

The concept for Pueblo Chili Co. was born in 2013 when I was in graphic design school at VCAD in Vancouver.mIt was in a second semester conceptualization class where I was tasked with developing a solution to a design problem, and I chose the hot sauce industry. It interested me a lot, and during my time in Vancouver, I always kept the idea of eventually starting a hot sauce business in my back pocket.

After completing my graphic design diploma, I moved to Regina, Saskatchewan. After thinking about pursuing my dream of starting a hot sauce business for a hot five years, I eventually took the leap in 2019.
